Boys 2 Men 101:

The Mission Statement, the Creed, Program History, Class Rules, Privilege and Ranks.

 = Self-Enrichment - Is designed to instruct students on how to be a Man, Self Love, & the rules for Being Human, Success is Power and basic Life Philosophy.

 = Conflict Resolution - Consists of causes for conflict, results of conflict, and methods of conflict resolution & prevention of conflicts.  

 = Coping Skills - Provides scenarios & examples dealing with a wide variety of situations, which impact our children constantly.

 = Money Management - Provide valuable tips into saving & money growth, & the value of money. 

 

We offer different subjects related to the Oakland Community in particular, and California in general and an insight into the California Justice System. 

 

We also offer a Class in *Character Building, and a *Food Ministry Program, were the boys & girls bag and distribute food weekly.  We have guest speakers, fun and games, field trips, sports activities and we participate in community based festivities.

 

What principles guide this program:

The Boys 2 Men has its own Creed, and Mission Statement, which each participant pledges to support and commits to memory, to be Respectful, Successful, and Responsible young men & women with a positive outlook on life. The program is operated with Bible study giving them a spiritual foundation and putting God first in their life, & Family Values guiding principle

Mathematics:  Kindergarten to Sixth Grade

Seventh grade to High School

Bible Study; Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 – 6:30
